This voluntary organization focuses on giving women and children love, guidance, and the means to survive. ASHI’s president, Smt. Mohinder Kaur, Rajmata Patiala has been involved in extensive relief and charity work since 1947, and has been the associations president since 1965.Women who need a place to live, have an addiction problem, are struggling with disease, or are pregnant can seek assistance through ASHI. The staff has extensive experience, as well as a drive to help women and children be successful in their lives. In order to reach many people, ASHI has multiple locations throughout India. ASHI is a great place for any woman or child in need of basic amenities or help with an addiction.
