National Addiction Research Centre

NARC was started in 1990 to help drug addicts from among the poor of Mumbia. Their 30 bed treatment centre provides free treatment to addicts with a special outreach to Mumbai street children. They also offer outpatient services to 10 people a day. This centre provides detoxification, counselling, and also participates in de-addiciton research.
